Heat Management and Energy Efficiency Measures for a Condominiom in Racconigi

The Primavera apartment condominuim in Racconigi, consisting of 20 units and energy class E, needed to reduce consumption and optimise heat management.

The Request

Benefit from the 110% Superbonus and other possible deductions for improving the energy performance and comfort of the building combined with ten-year heat management.

The Target

Prior to the renovation, the building was in energy class E with an energy demand of 215.71 kWh/m²year. After the completion of the renovation, the building achieved energy class B with an energy demand of 88.13 kWh/m²year. As a result of the measures, CO2 emissions were reduced by 40%.

Our Solution

Implementing a project aimed at increasing energy efficiency and heat management in the residential sector that would go beyond the 110% Superbonus and that would have an integrated approach over the long term, combining energy efficiency measures with heat management through a ten-year Energy Plus Service contract. In detail, all the facades were coated, windows and doors were replaced in both the private and common areas, and a 20 kWp photovoltaic system was installed, all of which benefited from the tax deductions provided by the 110% Superbonus. The total investment in the common areas amounted to approximately 650,000 euros, in addition to another 100,000 euros for works that benefited from the 50% and 90% tax deductions.
